BAE Acquires Signal Innovations Group

Britain’s BAE Systems on Sept. 30 said it completed its acquisition of North Carolina-based Signal Innovations Group (SIG), boosting its capabilities to meet demands of the United States defense and intelligence community customers for geospatial analysis and exploitation. The deal was first announced in July. The acquisition was made by BAE’s U.S.-based arm, BAE Systems, Inc., and will become part of the Intelligence & Security business.
