The Obama Administration recently released its National Strategy for Trusted Identities in Cyberspace (NSTIC), outlining a framework for public and private sector cooperation to develop technologies, standards and policies as part of an "Identity Ecosystem" that will enable trust, security and privacy in online services and transactions.
