The University of Maryland (UMD) A. James Clark School of Engineering said Tuesday it is launching a new Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) Test Site in southern Maryland. With support from the University System of Maryland, the goal of the test site is to bring together leaders in academia, industry, and government to accelerate UAS research.
