ULA Readies For Friday’s NROL-39 Launch

United Launch Alliance (ULA) predicted as of Tuesday morning a 20 percent chance of favorable weather conditions for Friday’s National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) NROL-39 satellite launch from Vandenberg AFB, Calif., according to a company statement. The launch is scheduled to take place at 2:13 a.m. EST on the company’s Atlas V heavy lift rocket.
