U.S., Dutch Forces Already Making Communications Adjustments in Bold Alligator 2014
Dutch sailors came aboard the USS Arlington (LPD-24) during exercise Bold Alligator 2014 to string up several UHF and VHF satellites to help get the Arlington connected to the main network run out of the Dutch ship HNLMS Johan de Witt's Joint Operation Center.

NORFOLK, Va.–As a group of 19 countries work through the amphibious exercise Bold Alligator 2014 this week, sailors and Marines from around the world will test their ability to communicate–a seemingly simple task that has already thrown some challenges into the exercise.
