SAIC Officials See Dramatic Slowdown In Contract Award Timing Due To Uncertainties

The time it is taking for government contracting officials to award contracts after proposals have been submitted is nearly 60 percent longer than a year ago no matter the size of the award, officials from SAIC [SAI] said yesterday.
