Safariland Acquires Lithuanian Body Armor Manufacturer

The Safariland Group recently said it has acquired certain assets from Lithuania’s Arveka TGS, a designer and manufacturer of body armor and personal protection equipment, growing its international business and boosting its product offerings. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Safariland is owned by the security consulting firm Kanders & Co., which bought the business from Britain’s BAE Systems last year.
