Saab Wins $13.2 Million Sweden Order For Targo Helmet Mounted Display For Gripen Fighters

The Swedish Defence Material Adminsitration (FMV) awarded Saab AB a $13.2 million order for the Targo advanced helmet mounted display (HMD) system for use by the Swedish Air Force’s Gripen E fighter aircraft, the company said Monday.Targo allows pilots to better locate, track, identify, and engage air and ground targets because the system provides situational awareness and easier engagement options, Saab said.
