Rockwell Collins Completes Sale Of Kaiser Optical

Rockwell Collins [COL] on Nov. 29 said it has completed the sale of its optical systems business, Kaiser Optical Systems, to Switzerland’s Endress+Hauser. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Rockwell Collins shed the optical systems business to focus on its growth opportunities in its addressed markets. Kaiser Optical Systems was acquired by Rockwell Collins in 2000 as part of its purchase of Kaiser Aerospace and Electronics.
