Raytheon Releases New Patriot System Software

Raytheon [RTN] yesterday at the Paris Air Show said it has begun delivering a new software release: Post Deployment Build-7 (PDB-7) to the worldwide customer base of the Patriot Air and Missile Defense System. The state-of-the-art capabilities in PDB-7 software leverages the latest Patriot Configuration-3 hardware modernization improvements in the radar and battle management command, control, communication, computers, and intelligence (BMC4I) areas, the company said in a statement.
