By Ann Roosevelt Teams led by Raytheon [RTN] and Lockheed Martin [LMT] yesterday each said they would respond to the potential $5 billion Army and Navy Joint Air-to-Ground Missile (JAGM) Request for Proposals (RFP). The Army Aviation and Missile Command issued the RFP for 48-month Engineering and Manufacturing Development (EMD) and Low-Rate Initial Production (LRIP) on April 13.
