SCT was one of eight small business awardees for HR Solutions Personnel Life Cycle Solutions (PLS) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, an Army recognized preferred strategic acquisition source. The contract has a 5-year base period through 2023 with five 1-year options through 2028 and a total program ceiling of $6.1B.

The scope of the IDIQ contract is to provide support for enterprise level human resource services for Department of Defense programs and systems, including a wide-range of personnel life cycle challenges such as personnel structure, manpower, training and development, compensation, sustainment and wellness, deployment, transition and data administration.
