Under the 11-year, $35 million contract, PAE will provide information monitoring and protection services for the renovation and construction of the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter facilities in Lakenheath, as well as support for other sensitive U.S. government projects.  As a single award IDIQ contract, other U.S. government organizations may request task orders under this contract for construction site security services.

“Since the end of the Cold War, PAE has distinguished itself as the leading international expert in CSS services,” said PAE CEO John Heller. “In the wake of PAE’s success countering issues uncovered at the U.S. Embassy in Moscow in the 1980s, we’ve developed and expanded cutting-edge processes and techniques for ensuring the integrity of our customers’ facilities as they build and renovate.”

PAE is the largest and most experienced provider of CSS services to the Department of Defense and U.S. intelligence community. In recent history, the company has completed 28 construction security monitoring projects in 10 countries to the exacting specifications of Intelligence Community Directive 705, ensuring the security of U.S. government projects in high-technical threat locations as well as complex construction projects for the Department of Defense. PAE offers the only ICD-705 training and certification program for construction surveillance technicians that is accredited internationally and recognized across the DoD and intelligence community.

“With its advanced capabilities and technologies, the F-35 system is critical to the national security of the U.S. and our allies and a high-profile target for foreign intelligence services,” Heller said. “We appreciate this opportunity to ensure the integrity and security of this program and so many others.”
