CHICAGO, May 13, 2019 /PRNewswire/ — JBT Corporation (NYSE: JBT) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share of common stock. The dividend will be payable on June 6, 2019 to stockholders of record at the close of business on May 23, 2019.
