Planned Army Test for Soldier as a System Includes Chem/Bio Needs

The Army, in collaboration with the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), plans to conduct a technology demonstration in FY '10 for a Soldier as a System-Ground (SaaS-G) concept ensemble to include assessing the integration of novel chemical and biological protective garment materials, chemical and biological sensors, respiratory and ocular protection technologies (Sol.
