O’Gara Group Completes Acquisition Of BAE’s Commercial Armored Vehicle Unit

The O’Gara Group yesterday said it has completed its acquisition of the commercial armored vehicle division and transparent armor business of Britain's BAE Systems, reuniting O’Gara with its original business. O’Gara said it paid about $10 million to BAE for the vehicle armoring business, which is based in Ohio (Defense Daily, Oct. 17, 2012).
