NRO Satellite Launched Aboard Minotaur Rocket

Orbital Sciences [ORB] successfully launched a classified satellite aboard a Minotaur I rocket from Vandenberg AFB, Calif., on Feb. 6, the company said. The payload is owned by the National Reconnaissance Office. According to Air Force officials, the launch was delayed briefly due to power problems with the rocket's safety equipment observed during the countdown on Feb. 5.
