Crew Reported An Out-Of-Control Electrical Fire The air war in Afghanistan is growing more lethal by the day. Case in point: An RAF Nimrod MR2 broke up at around 3000ft above ground level during an emergency descent towards Kandahar, Afghanistan following an internal electrical fire that began shortly before at around 20,000ft.
