Navy Releases Details of Comprehensive Review After Collisions

The U.S. Navy released a memo last Thursday evening detailing the responsibilities for the new head of the Navy’s comprehensive review following the series of ship collisions in the Pacific theater.The Aug. 24 memo is directed to Adm. Philip Davidson, commander of U.S. Fleet Forces Command, and comes from Adm. William Moran, Vice Chief of Naval Operations.
