Moog Acquires Small Space Engineering Firm

Moog Inc. [MOG.A] recently said it has acquired Netherlands-based firm Bradford Engineering for $13.1 million in cash, complementing its existing European spacecraft components business. Bradford is a developer and manufacturer of satellite attitude and orbit control subsystems, propulsion and thermal subsystems and components. The company is expected to add about $10.5 million to Moog's sales for the rest of its fiscal year that ends in Sept. 2012. The deal is also expected to be neutral to Moog's earnings for the…
