Los Alamos National Lab Flight Tests New Rocket Design With Safety In Mind
A rocket with an experimental fuel and experimental engine design that separated the solid fuel from the oxidizer was tested Sept. 25 at Los Alamos National Lab (LANL).

Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL) scientists recently flight tested a new rocket design that included a high-energy fuel and motor design that they say also delivers a high degree of safety.
