PASCAGOULA, Miss. - Huntington Ingalls Industries' [HII]  Ingalls Shipyard has room to produce more ships and likes the Navy’s plan to increase the fleet to 355 ships, according to the shipyard’s president Brian Cuccias.“I think it’s fantastic.
