IATA Planning 10 New Trials in 2013 to Advance Checkpoint of the Future Concept

Building on testing it began last fall with various aviation security stakeholders, the International Air Transport Association (IATA) this year plans to conduct 10 new trials at international airports and other environments to further advance its concept of a future airport security checkpoints, the head of the association says.
