Agreeing with Transportation Security Administrator (TSA) John Pistole’s desire to explore risk-based passenger screening at airport checkpoints, House appropriators are recommending that the agency develop and test a trusted traveler program that provides low-risk passengers with expedited screening at the checkpoints.
