House Panel Dubious About Reprogramming Pakistani Funds To Bolster F-16s

Members of a House subcommittee raised serious doubts recently about Pakistan's request to rejigger some of its U.S. aid to beef up its F-16 fighter jets, and the panel's head suggested objecting to the money shift.
