President Donald Trump plans to nominate Kari Bingen, policy director for the House Armed Services Committee (HASC), to be principal deputy undersecretary of defense for intelligence, the White House announced late April 24.Bingen "has been a principal adviser to HASC members and House leadership on defense policy and strategic force issues," the White House said.
