General Dynamics [GD] yesterday said its board of directors has approved a 12 percent increase to the company's quarterly dividend to 47 cents per share, payable on May 6, 2011. The board's move marks the 13th consecutive annual increase in GD's dividend. The current dividend of 42 cents per share was increased by 10 percent from 38 cents in March 2010.
