Franks, Republicans, Assail Obama Move To Drop European Missile Defense In Iranian Pressure Deal With Russians

Trent Franks (R-Ariz.) firmly criticized President Obama for reportedly offering a deal to the Russians, where the United States would back down from its plans to build the European Missile Defense (EMD) protection against Iranian missiles in exchange for Russian pressure on Iran.
