DISA Awards Multiple Award Contract Worth Up To $137 Million For Electromagnetic Spectrum Services

The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) announced June 20 a multiple award indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract worth upward of $137 million to large and small business pools to provide electromagnetic spectrum (EMS) services for the Defense Spectrum Organization (DSO).The contract provides operational (embedded and technical reach back) Electromagnetic Environmental Effects (E3) and spectrum engineering, strategic spectrum planning, and research and analysis of emerging spectrum technologies (EST) to support comprehensive and integrated spectrum operations, engineering, analysis, planning, and long term…
