The Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) has issued a draft request for proposals (RFP) to solicit potential bidders for its potential $6 billion Enhanced Solutions for the Information Technology Enterprise (E-SITE) contract to provide information technology (IT) services, according to an announcement posted on Federal Business Opportunities.
