The Department of Homeland Security's (DHS) Science & Technology (S&T) Directorate has issued a Request for Information to identify candidates capable of implementing a framework for systems engineering assessment and analysis and assessment on a specific pre-determined challenge problem that can be adapted to a larger scale system engineering assessment in support of the operational needs of the DHS Counter-Improvised Explosive Device objectives and goals, and provide laboratory systems engineering demonstration assessments and analyses to support more extensive field tests.…
