Contract Award: The Boeing Co. (St. Louis, Missouri) – $11,256,951

The Boeing Co., St. Louis, Missouri, has been awarded an $11,256,951 modification (FA8681-14-D-0028-001709) to contract FA8681-14-D-0028-0017 for high rate compact telemetry units (HCTMs) and long laser wire harnesses.  This modification provides for the exercise of options for an additional quantity of 269 encrypted HCTMs, 30 unencrypted HCTMs, and 50 long laser wire harnesses being produced under the delivery order.  Work will be performed in St. Louis and is expected to be completed by November 2020.  Fiscal 2017 special defense acquisition funds; fiscal 2011 foreign military sales funds; fiscal 2018 research, development, test and evaluation funds; and fiscal 2018 other procurement funds are funding the contract. This modification involves foreign military sales to the Kingdom of Bahrain.  The total cumulative face value of the contract is $33,578,408.  Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Eglin Air Force Base, Florida, is the contract activity.
