This contract is for continued Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Phase III architecture development, software development, software integration and testing and software Capstone demonstration to further develop Payload Control System Technology and Combat Systems Acquisition Prototype Initiative Data Interface software to enable payload integration prototypes. Work will be performed in Newport, Rhode Island (60%); New London, Connecticut (19%); Middletown, Rhode Island (17%); and San Jose, California (4%). The ordering period is expected to be completed in May 2026.
