Contract Award: Microsoft Corp. (Redmond, Washington) – $170,444,462

Microsoft Corp., Redmond, Washington, was awarded a $170,444,462 firm-fixed-price task order for the Cloud One Program. This contract provides for Microsoft Azure cloud service offerings in support of the Air Force’s Cloud One Program and their customers. Work will be performed at the contractors designated facilities across the contiguous U.S. and is expected to be completed by Dec. 7, 2028. This award is the result of a sole source acquisition. Fiscal 2026 operations and maintenance funds in the amount of $1,944,400 are being obligated at the time of award. The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Hanscom Air Force Base, Massachusetts, is the contracting activity (FA8726-26-F-B007).  
 
University of Hawaii, Honolulu, Hawaii, has been awarded an $11,980,000 cost-no-fee contract for Pacific Architecture for Rapid Space Exploitation and Control. This contract provides for unique satellite resiliency research and modeling to support Air Force Research Laboratory’s Maui High Performance Computing Center. Work will be performed in Maui, Hawaii, and is expected to be completed by May 1, 2031. This award is the result of a competitive acquisition under the Air Force Research Laboratory's Directed Energy Technology Experimentation and Research Advance Research Announcement. Fiscal 2025 research, development, test and evaluation funds in the amount of $1,778,584 are being obligated at time of award. Air Force Research Laboratory, Kirtland Air Force Base, New Mexico, is the contracting activity (FA9451-26-C-X001).
