Hadal Inc.,* Oakland, California, is awarded an $8,778,566 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for the effort titled “Development and Testing of Large Scale Interfaces.” This contract provides for the development, prototyping, and testing of systems and interfaces necessary for a larger vehicle to transport and utilize smaller systems.
