General Dynamics Mission Systems, Pittsfield, Massachusetts, is awarded a $19,272,421 cost-plus-incentive-fee and cost-plus-fixed-fee modification (P00001) to exercise options under a previously awarded contract (N0003022C1005) for fiscal 2022-2025 U.S. and United Kingdom Trident II (D-5) SSBN Fire Control System and SSGN Attack Weapon Control System support. Work will be performed in Pittsfield, Massachusetts (98%); and Rhode Island (2%). Work is expected to be completed April 30, 2025. Fiscal 2022 other procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $14,844,465; fiscal 2022 shipbuilding and conversion (Navy) funds in the amount of $1,428,813; fiscal 2022 research, development, test and evaluation (Navy) funds in the amount of $800,000; fiscal 2020 other procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of  $242,653; fiscal 2021 other procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of  $241,271; and fiscal 2022 weapons procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $136,219 are being obligated on this award. Of this amount, no funds will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract is being awarded to the contractor on a sole source basis under 10 U.S. Code 2304(c)(1) and was previously synopsized on the System for Award Management online portal.
