Etolin Strait Associates LLC,* Norfolk, Virginia, is awarded a $100,000,000 firm-fixed price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite quantity contract for general minor construction, repairs, and alterations in the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Washington area of operations (AO).
