Coast Guard Readying NSC-4 RFP, Preparing

By Geoff Fein The Coast Guard is working on the request for proposal (RFP) for the fourth National Security Cutter (NSC), the first ship contract that will not be handled by the Integrated Coast Guard Systems (ICGS).
