A Chinese firm stands indicted for allegedly aiding Iran in its drive to advance its nuclear and ballistic missiles development programs, according to Manhattan District Attorney Robert Morgenthau. Li Fanwei and his firm, Limmt Economic & Trade Co., were the focus of a 118-count indictment. They are charged with aiding Iran when it imported sensitive materials used in weapons systems.
