TSA Plans RFPs in April for Checked Baggage, Checkpoints Deployment Services The Transportation Security Administration says it plans to release the Request for Proposal (RFP) in early April for the Security Equipment Deployment Services (SEDS) for checked baggage and the SEDS for checkpoints.
