BAE Wins $8.6 Million Contract For Technology To Restore Power To U.S. Power Grid After Cyber Attack

The U.S. Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) awarded BAE Systems an $8.6 million contract to develop technology to quickly restore power to the U.S. electric grid after a cyber attack causing a catastrophic failure, the company said March 14.This technology will be part of the DARPA Rapid Attack Detection, Isolation, and Characterization Systems (RADICS) program.
