Acquisition Solutions Acquires ICOR To Broaden Government Consulting Expertise

(ASI), a government consulting firm that supports the federal acquisition community, said yesterday it has acquired the consulting firm ICOR Partners in a deal that adds new subject matter expertise in the areas of general management and information technology enterprise architecture. Terms of the acquisition, which was completed on Jan. 8, were not disclosed. ICOR, which has about 40 employees, boosts ASI's head count above 200.
