Wyle Closes Acquisition of ITT’s CAS Division

Wyle Inc., yesterday said it has completed its purchase of the CAS, Inc., division of ITT Corp. [ITT] for $235 million in cash, expanding its presence in Huntsville, Ala., and with the Army.
