United Technologies [UTX] yesterday said it has completed the sale of its UTC Power fuel cells unit to ClearEdge Power, part of the company’s ongoing transformation to focus on its core aerospace and building systems holdings. Terms of the deal, first announced in December, were not disclosed. Oregon-based ClearEdge Power makes scalable, continuous onsite power systems.
