SRA Closes Purchase Of MorganFranklin’s National Security Business

SRA International yesterday said it has completed its acquisition of the national security consulting business of MorganFranklin, giving it a position on key government contracting vehicles. Terms of the deal, which was first announced earlier this month, were not disclosed (Defense Daily, Dec. 5). MorganFranlin’s National Security Consulting business is on the Army’s Global Tactical Advanced Communications and Services Contract, and the United States Government’s Omnibus Network Enterprise contract.
