The Space and Naval Warfare (SPAWAR) Systems Center is seeking information on commercial-off-the-shelf mobile command systems that support the communications and data processing needs of the emergency response community in small and rural communities. The mobile command system shall be manportable, one- to two-person carry, provide interoperable communications that include voice, data and networking capabilities, and have software supporting National Incident Management System concepts and principles.
