Quality Technology Acquires Fusion PPT

Federal information technology services provider Quality Technology, Inc. (QuTech) on Wednesday said it acquired Fusion PPT, another federal IT services company that strengthens its capabilities in cyber security and cloud services and provides and adds news customers.Terms of the deal, the first for QuTech since its founding in 1989, were not disclosed.Fusion, which is based in Northern Virginia, has 50 employees and Maryland-based QuTech has about 85.
