Trident Maritime Systems on Monday said it has agreed to acquire Callenberg Technology Group, a designer and integrator of infrastructure systems for commercial and government vessels worldwide.Trident is paying $64 million for the acquisition, with $41 million in cash and the rest through a seller-financing package.Trident is a portfolio company of the private equity firm J.F.
