
The Navy awarded Lockheed Martin [LMT] a $601 million modification on March 19 to exercise contract options for submarine-launched ballistic missile Trident II D5 production and deployed systems support. The work will mostly be performed in Magna, Utah (33.5 percent), Sunnyvale, California (13.7 percent); Denver (10.6 percent); Cape Canaveral, Florida (6.9 percent); and other various locations and is expected to be finished by September 2024.
