L-1 Gets $20M HIIDE Order from Middle East Customer

L-1 Identity Solutions [ID] has received an initial contract valued at $20 million from an undisclosed customer in the Middle East for more that 1,000 portable HIIDE multimodal biometric devices, additional hardware, software, services, and three years of maintenance and support. The contract includes the development of software to link and expand the customer's existing databases to enroll, manage and search using multimodal biometrics.
